Arttu has more than 10 years of experience of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, financing and real estate transactions. He also helps clients with contract and corporate legal matters. Arttu has acted as advisor to public and private companies, growth companies, associations and foundations.
Arttu’s work comprises mainly of share and business transactions, mergers and demergers, share issues and shareholder agreements. Moreover, also real estate related legal matters and real estate acquisitions as well as financing and investment rounds are also frequent issues on his table. Arttu also acts as chairman of shareholders’ meetings and associations’ general meetings.
Before his career as lawyer, Arttu was a professional athlete and he has also thereafter held various positions of trust in sports organizations and sports clubs.
