Annika has advised Finnish and international customers broadly in Human Resources related matters for almost 15 years, both as a lawyer as well as part of the HR team. She has broad experience from various industries and has specialized in the food, technology, IT, and property services industries. Her customers include both startup companies and manufacturing companies and the matters handled range from daily employment advisory to large transformational projects.
Annika truly enjoys interacting with people. She decided to specialize in employment law early on because of the emphasis on good communication skills and importance of discretion in this field of law. In her work, Annika is most motivated by feeling that she can really be of help to her customers. She always strives to find as pragmatic and customer-centric a solution as possible that the legal framework offers.
