Tom is a seasoned lawyer and negotiator with 25 years of experience of international IPR matters and IP strategic advisory. His core expertise includes litigation and cross-border arbitration.
Before joining Vestra Tom worked for Roschier helping to build its award-winning IP & Technology practice for more than two decades. He has gained extensive experience in high-end assignments from patents, trademarks, copyrights, to designs and trade secrets. Tom has litigated numerous patent and trademark cases before District Courts, Courts of Appeal, the Market Court, the Supreme Court, the Supreme Administrative Court as well as the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Tom also has a broad experience in different forms of conflict resolution, in particular settlement negotiations. He is also a well-respected trained mediator.
A large part of Tom’s worktime is spent helping clients solve IP matters and building future-facing IP strategies that support their business.
