Mårten is an entrepreneur, lawyer and investor in one package. Already during his studies, he caught an interest in both business and legal affairs, which led to two degrees that complement each other nicely. The combination of numbers and legal issues led him into the world of private equity and mergers & acquisitions, where Mårten still spends most of this work time. During the past 20 years, he has also reviewed several hundred funds around the world in all relevant categories, mostly as counsel to fund investors. Today, Mårten is the managing director and a lawyer of Vestra Advisors and a part-time business angel.
