Kristo has more than 15 years of experience of dispute resolution in different court and arbitration proceedings. He has vast experience of handling disputes related to commercial contracts, construction, mergers and acquisitions, employment and managing director agreements, shareholder’s agreements, bankruptcy and debt restructuring, intellectual property rights and public procurement. Kristo has achieved the Finland Chamber of Commerce’s arbitration diploma in 2014 and is also available as arbitrator.
