Helena has more than 30 years of experience of various sectors of real estate legal matters. Her special expertise includes, among others, residential and business leases and acquisition of real estate as well as issues regarding tenancy and construction. Helena also has experience of special issues regarding i.e. state subsidized housing and real estate related legal matters in different kinds of real estate funds. Helena’s extensive work experience in real estate field organizations has brought her a versatile insight in the real estate business. In addition, she has been part of preparatory work for several acts, such as the Land Use and Building Act.
