Emilia is a specialist in labour law with approximately 12 years of experience. She has assisted employers' representatives in a wide range of labour law matters, such as restructuring negotiations, interpreting collective agreements, and handling employment termination situations. Emilia has also extensively educated on various labour law topics, including cooperation procedures, local agreements, working hours, and other current issues.
Emilia is well-acquainted with sectors such as the ICT industry and the film and TV production industry, where she has been involved in negotiating sector-specific collective agreements. In addition, she has served as a trainee judge at Hyvinkää District Court, which adds depth to her legal expertise.
Emilia is drawn to the human-centred nature of labour law and its constant evolution. She possesses excellent communication skills and can manage even challenging situations. In addition to her legal education, Emilia has pursued further studies by studying psychology at the Open University of Jyväskylä.
