Annukka handles all kinds of matters of interpretation regarding employment law for her employer clients. If needed, she conducts thorough and in-depth investigations, but she is also able to give quick and pragmatic solution options in difficult and important problem situations involving employment law issues regarding employees, managers and managing directors. She has given clear and solution-oriented employment law advice to her long-time clients for more than 20 years.
A large part of Annukka’s worktime is spent at solving disputes in different courts. She mainly handles disagreements, conciliation negotiations, court proceedings, labour criminal proceedings and mediation proceedings regarding various employment matters and managing director agreements.
Annukka has long experience of executing harmonization projects after different kinds of strategically significant organizational changes, mergers and acquisitions. She regularly handles co-operation procedures, demanding situations relating to termination of employment and managing director agreements issues. Drafting of employment law -related documentation, interpretation of employment law and collective agreements, mandatory personnel plans, issues related to working hours and employment law issues regarding compensation are all part of her everyday work – with the goal to prevent disputes.
Annukka speaks for business-oriented HR and strives to find straight-forward solutions in the complex jungle of legislation. She is an excellent negotiator and highly appreciated trainer.
